Maselli Warren, P.C. is a full-service, general practice law firm, serving business and individual clients throughout the State of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and New York City. The firm welcomes new clients and referrals of clients.

Founded in 1998 by Paul J. Maselli and Perry S. Warren, the firm has grown to ten lawyers with two offices serving clients in three states by consistently meeting its clients’ needs and providing outstanding and cost-effective legal services. Each of the Firm’s practice groups, Banking, Litigation, Transactions and Consumer Law, is led by a firm shareholder. Paul J. Maselli has practiced in the areas of Banking and Bankruptcy law for over 25 years and oversees all four Practice Groups. Perry S. Warren heads the Litigation Group. Shareholders Brian A. Mills and David Fornal lead the Transactions and Banking and Consumer Law Groups, respectively.
