Patricia M. Agoes, Attorney


Patricia Agoes concentrates her practice in all areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce and separation, distribution of marital property, child custody and visitation, child support, division of real estate and personal assets, equitable distribution, alimony and the preparation of QDRO, property settlement and pre- and post-nuptial agreements post judgment modification, revision of child support and collage contribution. In addition, Patricia represents family law clients in mediated matters.

Patricia draws on her 30 years of legal experience, her intricate knowledge of the New Jersey family court system and her understanding and compassion for the women and men she is privileged to represent.

Patricia joined Maselli Warren, P.C. in 2005, after maintaining her own practice for over a decade. In addition to representing the firm’s clients in family law matters, Patricia draws upon the resources of the firm to assist family law clients in other legal matters, including real estate transactions, estate administration, wills and estate planning, bankruptcy, workers compensation, personal injury, municipal court and civil lawsuits.

Patricia is honored to have been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist (MESP) and panelist for post-judgment matters. Patricia is a qualified mediator and completed the training as required by New Jersey Court Rule 1:40-12.

Patricia resides in Trenton, New Jersey and is active participant as a choir member at Our Lady of the Angels Parish. Patricia also is a member of Capital Singers of Trenton.
