Founded in 1998 by Paul J. Maselli and Perry S. Warren, the firm has grown to ten lawyers with two offices serving clients in three states by consistently meeting its clients’ needs and providing outstanding and cost-effective legal services. The firm’s principal clients are businesses, banks , and financial institutions. Paul J. Maselli, Esquire, is the firm’s managing shareholder, overseeing all firm practice areas. Brian A. Mills, Esquire chairs the business, corporate and transactions practice groups, and David Fornal, Esquire chairs the firm’s practice group representing banks and financial institutions.
