PERRY S. WARREN
Perry S. Warren is a founding shareholder of the Princeton law firm of Maselli Warren, P.C. Mr. Warren concentrates his practice in matters of litigation, including civil, business and real estate litigation; real estate; and general business representation. Perry regularly appears in state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
A cum laude graduate of Colgate
University in Hamilton, New York, Perry earned his law degree
with Honors from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, where he served
on the Board of Editors of the Journal of International Law and
Commercial Regulation.
Perry is admitted to practice in New Jersey and
Pennsylvania. Perry serves as Warden and on the Vestry of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church of Newtown, Pennsylvania, and is the delegate to the Episcopal Diocese
of Pennsylvania and the Bucks County Deanery. He also is a member and Board Member of the Young Entrepreneurs
Organization, New Jersey Chapter.
Perry formerly served as a member of the Board
of Directors of the National Kidney
Foundation of the Delaware Valley and as the Treasurer of The Compassionate Friends Mercer Area Chapter.
Perry is a graduate of Moorestown
High School.
In 2005 and 2006, Perry was named in New Jersey Monthly magazine as one of New Jersey’s SuperLawyers in the area of Business Litigation.
Prior to forming Maselli Warren, Perry served as a law clerk with the Honorable Cornelius P. Sullivan, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey and was associated with the law firm of Stark & Stark. He is a certified high school social studies teacher and the owner of Ice Cream 'N Dreams, Inc., a Long Beach Island ice cream retailer.
Among Perry’s reported cases are Estate of Pursell v. Peterson, a case in which the Appellate Division of The Superior Court of New Jersey clarified the real estate contract attorney review process, and Brown v. Bordentown, in which the Appellate Division established the boundaries of legislative immunity in cases involving New Jersey municipal officials.
Perry is married to Elizabeth Bell Warren. Liz and Perry recently opened Mother of Five Maternity Boutique in Newtown, PA. The Warrens live in Newtown, Pennsylvania and have five children.
