BRIAN A. MILLS

Brian focuses his practice on business and banking transactions, real estate, corporate and business start-ups, business transition planning, and commercial collections. He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Brian completed his undergraduate education at LaSalle University where he was a member of the Division I baseball team. At LaSalle, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden and while in law school he was President of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.

Brian is on the Executive Board of the Council Rock North Baseball Booster Club. He currently resides with his wife in Newtown, PA.
