Brian A. Mills, Partner

Mr. Mills focuses his practice on the representation of business entities in the buying and selling of businesses and real estate, corporate and partnership structuring and financing. He also assists business owners in planning for the future by implementing succession plans for their businesses and by assisting them to establish their legal rights and responsibilities with respect to the operation of their business. Brian also has substantial experience drafting and negotiating office and retail leases.

Brian's clients include retail franchises, industrial companies, non-profit institutions, real estate investors, family businesses and technology companies. He has handled transactions ranging from $100,000 to $15,000,000 including:

the sale of a fast food franchise;
the purchase of a marquee Philadelphia cheese steak establishment;
the sale of a large industrial property with environmental contamination;
the sale of a shipping terminal at the Port of Elizabeth;
the sale of a 256,000 square foot mixed-use property;
the restructuring of multimillion dollar debt obligations;
the purchase of an automobile franchise dealership;
the purchase of a shopping center.

Brian is on the board of the Bucks County chapter of the LaSalle University Alumni Organization. In college, Brian was a four-year Division I letter winner in baseball. In law school, Brian was the President of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies. His hobbies include Philadelphia Sports, Golf, History and Current Events.

Mr. Mills is a graduate of LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2003. He is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
