Paul J. Maselli

Paul J. Maselli, co-founding partner of Maselli Warren, P.C., has more than 18 years experience representing commercial leaders and financial institutions in commercial lending, loan work out, state court litigation and bankruptcy matters. In addition, he has provided substantial representation to financially-stressed businesses and consumers in out of court work outs and dissolutions as well as in bankruptcy proceedings.

Since 1998, his practice expanded to the representation of start ups and established small and medium-sized businesses, helping them with transactions, banking and financing, tax, litigation and employee benefits. He continues to work for financial institutions and his relationships with banks and lenders often benefit his business clients.

As a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education, Mr. Maselli teaches other attorneys how to better represent their clients. He has served on several seminar panels sponsored by prestigious organizations including the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. His published articles have appeared in The Commercial Law Journal, The New Jersey Law Journal and other legal and business periodicals.

Mr. Maselli participates as a member on the boards of several charitable and community organizations. He resides with his family in Cranbury, New Jersey. Mr. Maselli is a graduate of Clark University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and in Psychology. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden in 1986. He also has a Certificate of Admission for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
