Michael W. Hoffman

Michael Hoffman concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, labor and employment law, civil rights law, workers' compensation, school law, special education law and personal injury litigation. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also has a Certificate of Admission for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Hoffman most recently practiced for several years at the law firm of Stein, Supsie & Hoffman. He served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable E. Benn Micheletti, Judge of the Superior Court, Law Division, Monmouth County.

Mr. Hoffman received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rutgers University in 1991 where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, a National Political Science Honor Association, and Alpha Phi Omega, a national service fraternity. Mr. Hoffman received his Juris Doctor in 1994 from the Syracuse University College of Law where he served on the Journal of Legislation & Research as Executive Board Production Editor and received Honors for independent research in National Security Law.

Mr. Hoffman is an Eagle Scout and has served as District Chairman to the Jersey Shore Council, Boy Scouts of America. He also formerly served as the Third Vice-President of the Jackson Township Regular Republican Organization. Mr. Hoffman now serves as a Board member of the Jackson Tea Party political organization. He resides with his wife and two children in Jackson Township, New Jersey.
