Pennsylvania Attorney for Maselli Warren, P.C. Satellite Office in Pennsylvania

We are looking for a Pennsylvania attorney with at least three, and preferably more, years of experience, some clients and / or ability to attract clients, and a solid and broad knowledge of Pennsylvania law and procedures to help us establish a Pennsylvania office in Bucks County. A sole practitioner frustrated by the constraints of sole practice would be a good candidate, as would a big-firm refugee with some entrepreneurial spirit.

The attorney's role would be to serve Pennsylvania clients and our existing New Jersey clients with legal matters in Pennsylvania, as well as to assist in expanding the practice. The first attorney would work alone (with support staff) in the Pennsylvania office, with frequent visits from the New Jersey-based attorneys. The attorney would, with the support of the Firm, participate in marketing and networking activities focused on growing his or her own practice and on expanding the Firm as a whole.

Requirements: Must be an experienced and practicing lawyer with broad knowledge of Pennsylvania law and procedures

Compensation: Initial salary and benefits will be in relation to our mutual performance expectations, and salary and bonus ultimately will be a function of performance and contribution to the Firm.
