PHILICE KREVOLIN COHEN

Philice Krevolin Cohen concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation. She has extensive experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation issues and construction matters.

Philice is an active trial lawyer handling disputes involving diverse commercial issues in federal court, state courts and arbitration. Prior to joining Maselli Warren, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William P. Gilroy, during his tenure as the Presiding Judge of the Monmouth County Superior Court/Civil Division. Philice is trained as a mediator through the Administrative Office of the Courts and successfully mediated many disputes during her tenure as a judicial law clerk

Philice is a 1993 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, with a major in Political Science, and a 2000 graduate of Rutgers School of Law, Camden, where she served as a member of the Moot Court Board, an Associate Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion, and a teaching assistant in Legal Research and Writing. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Cohen enjoys watching Philadelphia sports, marathon running and the Jersey shore. She resides with her family in Skillman, New Jersey.
