FELICITY HANKS
Felicity focuses her practice in matters of general litigation. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Felicity is also on the Orphans’ Court attorney appointment list in the Court of Common Pleas for Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Felicity graduated from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts in 2004 with a B.A. in Economics and a certificate in Environmental Studies. In college, Felicity was a four-year letter winner in Division III softball. In 2008, Felicity earned her law degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She focused her legal studies in litigation and environmental law and obtained a certificate of specialization in environmental law and policy. Felicity also competed in the National Environmental Moot Court Competition. As a law student, Felicity interned at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Chief Counsel as well as at two private firms focusing on land use and environmental issues. She also interned with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. From 2008-2010, Felicity served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable C. Theodore Fritsch, Jr., Administrative Judge of the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. While clerking, Felicity handled a variety of civil, criminal, and zoning matters. Much of her work centered on orphans’ court litigation, including estate matters, will contests, adoptions and guardianships. As a law clerk, Felicity also worked on a high profile criminal homicide case. She is active in the community and is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association and the Bucks County Inns of Court. Felicity also sits on the Lower Makefield Township Youth Aid Panel. Felicity currently resides in Yardley, Pennsylvania.
