CARL G. ARCHER
Carl G. Archer, Esquire is an associate attorney who joined the firm after practicing in Brooklyn New York. After his graduation from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, Carl served for one year as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Edward M. Coleman, the presiding criminal division judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Somerset County. Carl practices out of the firm’s Hamilton Township office where he provides a variety of services to the clients of Maselli Warren. Carl has experience representing clients in estate planning matters, including elder law issues and Medicaid planning, estate administration, divorce, consumer bankruptcy, criminal defense and municipal court and expungements and , civil litigation. Carl also advises small businesses in all stages of their development, ranging from formation to dissolution. Carl is admitted to practice in federal and state court in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and his clients include individuals and small businesses from throughout those three states. Carl is a 2005 graduate of Rutgers College, having earned his bachelors degree in linguistics. At the Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, Carl was granted the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel Award for his scholarship in trusts and estates. Carl currently serves as the Corporate Board President and General Counsel for New Jersey Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership, a New Jersey nonprofit organization committed to instilling values of leadership development and community service in high school sophomores through the State. He lives in Howell, New Jersey with his wife Lauren.
